Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling various parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
